In the past when someone joined my meeting and began using abusive language it's been easy for me to remove them and report them to zoom by just clicking the appropriate button as it automatically popped up.

 

The last two times I removed someone I was required to enter my email address to complete the reporting process. 

 

This is very cumbersome and ineffective for me. 

 

I'm frustrated by this change in the system and would appreciate being able to remove and report them the same way as in the past. 

 

Please let me know what I need to do differently to ensure I'll be able to remove and report someone without having to physically enter my email address.

Tracking meeting registrations

Hi! I am noticing that Zoom meetings I register for do not show up in in my upcoming meetings in the both the web and desktop app.  This is the same for meetings for which a different organizer assigned me as a co-host. It would be really great to be able to see all meetings I am registered for in the Zoom app. Is there a work around someone knows of and can share?

 

I have also tried adding my outlook calendar to the Zoom app with no luck.

Resolved! uninstall, do i loose all my scheduled meetings if i reinstall zoom

My audio works with all other feature and apps on my laptop but Zoom, do i need to unistall and do i loose all my scheduled meetings if i do, this has never happened, been on zoom for 3 years.

Keyboard disappearing

I have been teaching violin lessons via Zoom on my laptop, and it has always worked fine until the latest update. After this update, it’s not functioning properly. I have enabled the original sound, the musician's mode, and even checked if Windows had any sound effects activated, but there were none. I went through all these settings with my student as well, and everything seemed correct. However, after the update, it’s not working. I can hear my student speaking, but when they play the violin, I hear nothing.

 

We spent more than 40 minutes testing different options and microphones (headphones, etc.), but I still couldn't hear the violin sound. My student could hear me normally. The issue was only resolved when I joined the meeting from my phone as well. I then deactivated the audio on my computer and used only my phone for audio. When I did this, I could hear the sound normally on my phone, but not on my computer.

 

Interestingly, when my student played, the microphone icon on my computer showed activity, but no sound was coming through on the computer, only on the phone. What could be causing this? What can I do to resolve this issue?

Multiple video clips even when I paused the recording and only stopped it at the end

Typically this creates one long video file but today I had TWO separate video files and I don't know why. Any suggestions?

Cannot sign in the Zoom app on Samsung tablet

I want to join a Zoom link where I need to sign in but my device (Samsung Tab S7+) cannot sign in the app through Google account. My other devices (e.g. mobile phone) can join the meeting after signing in and the said device can join other meeting IDs that does not require sign in.

 

When I manually entered the meeting ID, it makes me sign in: "The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom platform to join this meeting. Please sign in with a commercial Zoom account to join." But when I reach the launch meeting page, nothing happens and the launch button doesn't work.

 

I followed other people's advice in the forum to launch using Google Chrome (in 3 dots menu). But all the browsers that I have says, "Oops! We were unable to complete your request. Please try again. (300)"

I just had a zoom meeting that was also a Facebook live. My zooms you can’t typically get on unless you belong to the meet up group that I run. I had a gentleman if you can call him that Come on the zoom make it full on. How can I report him?

recording settings

I'm trying to find a way to ensure that gallery view will be used for recordings instead of speaker view but I do not see an option to do that in the recording settings.  My account is Zoom One Pro.  I apologize if this has been asked before.
