To get recording which was made my account being disabled (now my cloud is upgraded)

Dear Sir,

Yesterday afternoon I made a recording on clouds; however my recording had just been disabled due to exceeding the clouds storage.

Now I've just upgraded my clouds capacity. Can I get that recording which was made after my recording was disabled?
