I have to record interviews and I always hide my self view and it works but since yesterday it is now recording me when I speak in the interviews, which I dont want, why is it doing that, and how do I make it stop?
Anyone know how to fix above subject mentioned issue? I can see myself, my camera was on and image displayed on the screen. However, participants were not, not even an video icon available to turn on and off from their end. i have checked setting, and yes my video and audio setting both "ONT' for host and participants. Please assist.

i set a live stream to record and I cant find it on my system or device it recorded on - it was a family funeral and we are desperate to get this to share with those not in attendance 😞
Zoom workplace thinks it's launching the meeting but it's not. This started maybe 4 to 6 weeks ago. I finally resort to the browser version and then about 30 minutes later, the workplace (tries) comes up but it's hanging. I click on settings and that hangs too so no way to clear cache. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 64 bit. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 32-bit. I've tried "cleanzoom.exe" before reinstalling. Nothing works. It does work on my phone (Android). I have successfully used zoom on this laptop (Windows 11) for years. I have Windows 11 home. Version 10.0.22631 There is no help anywhere out there to resolve this. I am getting zoom meetings to join from a couple coaches so I don't need the professional kind--but given the way it doesn't work and there's no support, I wouldn't anyway.

I have been using zoom for guitar classes for 3 years. I had the guitar and microphone plugged into an guitar processor which also acts as an audio interface. This was connected to my mac book pro M1 via USB. In zoom the audio interface was selected as mic and speaker. This worked flawlessly for those 3 years. Last week when the classes returned after the summer break i plugged in as usual and zoom is now suppressing the sound of the guitar and voice. Even when i just use the mac microphone and speaker when i test mic i can hear my voice but play the guitar and i will be able to hear the first couple of notes and then its suppressed. The people on the on other end of the line said they couldnt make out what i was saying and the guitar sounded weird. I am fully updated on Mac OS and the zoom app. Nothing has changed. I tried another audio interface and got the same problem. The mac and audio interface work flawlessly in other music apps. Im pulling my hair out at this stage.

I have a customer who sends me zoom recordings that have multiple participants with screen sharing. Normally the file is 1920x1080 as required. However today's file was 2256x1504 with the screen share with black bars round it and the inset speaker half in and half out of the screen share. Can anyone tell me how this is possible? What decides the record resolution of local recording? A search shows some laptops have screen resolution of 2256x1504. So is it one of the participants with the highest screen resolution sets the resolution for recording or is the record resolution set by the computer screen it's locally recorded on? In that situation how do you force a standard 1920x1080 recording?

I am using a MacBook running macOS 14.4 and using it with a large external monitor. I have a webcam installed on my monitor. For the past month, my screen has been turning itself off during Zoom meetings (going into video hiding mode). Additionally, for the last few days, the webcam camera has been blinking, so I cannot use it. I found two notable observations: 1) This issue does not occur when using other video conferencing programs. 2) This problem does not occur when using Zoom with the MacBook's built-in camera. I should I solve this problem?
