Can't see storage usage
Hi all - so until a few days ago i was able to go to recordings and see the % of my storage allowance that i've used and suddenly thats gone - any idea if thats a bug or its been moved or anything - thanks in advance!

I am experiencing an issue with Google Calendar not syncing with Zoom as expected. According to the Zoom documentation, the sync should occur within 2 minutes. However, this is not happening in my case.
Details:
- I have configured the Google Calendar integration with Zoom as per the provided instructions.
- When I start a Zoom meeting, I receive a callback with the topic name "Google Calendar Meeting (not synced)".
- I have waited well beyond the 2-minute window, but the calendar events still do not sync
This has been happening to us for a long time but recently the frequency of it has increased. Is there any workaround for this to get the meeting details?

Hi I need to mount a second camera over my piano, but it will be upside down. Is there a way in iOS to flip the 2nd camera’s output so it appears right side up to my online students? I can do this via my desktop, but I cannot find that option on my iPad. thanks darren

Hi, I installed the Zoom client on my Red Hat 8 laptop with the aid of this document: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063458#h_b6ce9fba-dd38-4448-80c0-ac2e58db3acc . This however installs with a local package that won't update with the global system update tools (dnf/yum...). Thus it requires a manual update process to keep up with the latest updates (and to keep it secure). Is there any other way to install it with an actual repository so that it will be updated correctly with the system update tool? Kind regards.

We have postponed a zoom meeting that was going to take place on July 30. The meeting will now take place in September or October, date tbc. I have just sent a 'cancellation' message to all our registrants, sending them a note to say the meeting is postponed. I now find that the registrants box is empty and I cannot retrieve their names and email addresses. Can anyone please help? Of course I now realise I should have backed this up before cancelling. However, there was no warning that the data might be deleted and I had no idea that cancelling would also delete data. Without their names and emails I shall be unable to inform the registrants of the new date when this is confirmed 😞

As I understand it on Windows, when installing zoom, I have two choices: I want to have a single installation of Zoom shared among all users, but I also want auto-update. Is there any way to do this?

Hello! We have a professor who uses a Logitech Rally System whose camera faces his students to facilitate group learning/discussions. He prefers to start the meetings on his laptop (to show himself & the front whiteboard) and invite the Zoom Room Logitech device to the meeting as a co-host. Due to the mics in the Logitech Rally Bar, he turns off his own laptop mic so he isn't picked up twice. So, although he is actively talking during most of the meeting, since the mic is tied to the Logitech camera's view of the students, his recording automatically switches to this as the primary view. Is there a way to set his laptop camera to always be the default of the recording (especially since that device is the host) instead of defaulting to the camera associated with the audio? So far, I haven't found a clear solution to this. I realize it probably brings up other issues (of not showing other users who are talking) but I just want to know if this is even a setting he could choose. Many thanks! ~G

We have been using Zoom Meetings for a while and we recently upgraded our audio to include the Audio Conferencing Plan. After looking at the US based numbers we realized we didn't see any US Toll Free Numbers. There are 5 US Toll numbers to choose from, but no Toll Free numbers. There are Toll Free Numbers for Lebanon and the United Kingdom, but not the US. Does anyone one know if it is offered for the US?
