Hello friends, Our meeting participants in China suddenly cannot attend the meeting. It says: Due to the restriction of the host account, you cannot join the meeting. Error code: 13215. We paid annual fee for our accounts. We are in the US. I don't why it suddenly won't work. Any ideas? Warm regards. Andrew

When I Alt+Shift+T, a cross with pixel coordinates appears, and Zoom pops up when I press escape.
In Settings, I don't see Alt+Shift+T listed under Keyboard shortcut, how can I disable Zoom's binding of Alt+Shift+T?

I am a Zoom Workplace Pro member and my audio and mic are disconnecting on Zoom calls after approximately 5 minutes. This has happened when I am the host or joined someone else's Zoom call...suggestions?
All the YouTube guides on how to confirm the addition of a co host show that they go into the zoom settings and then the button, but I just looked for the button and it's really not where they say, I checked the zoom instructions themselves and it's the same button, I don't have it. Why don't I just have that button?

I am trying to join meetings via ZOOM app but it rejected my trial, showing a massage that my version should be updated to higher and I have to contact my IT admin. My Q: what do you mean by IT admin and how to update my current version?
Zoom Workplace on my Sony Android smart TV offers a selection of microphone inputs in Settings. No matter what microphone input I choose, Zoom uses the microphone built into the USB webcam. I'd like to use a better sounding source such as a mic + preamp plugged into the TV analog input or the microphone in my Bluetooth headphones connected to the TV. I tried using a different webcam without a microphone and could not get audio input to work at all. Appreciate your suggestions.

Hi, my name is Jim. I am a workplace BASIC Free user. I have used zoom before (w/ windows7) and it automatically allowed me to use my desktop comcast email to invite guests. I recently upgraded to windows10 and now when I click default mail ... it forces me to use and join outlook mail and use the cloud. I do not have an outlook mail account (I do not want a outlook account or my info going to a cloud) how can I get the email default button to send me to my comcast email address so that I can invite guests? I am stuck and I am unable to invite guests.
