How to contact Zoom technical support
I have no audio output with Zoom, all setting are correct. I do not have a plan that offers phone support. Is there a plan to purchase or a way to get in contact with a live technical support person?

Being a host my cloud recordings from pro account is missing, now that I switched to another account with pro, I want to know how to access and download my old cloud recordings. Please help as much as you can.
I run a weekly zoom from the UK with participants from Ukraine. The time is 2.00 - 4.00 (i.e. 4.00 - 6.00 Ukrainian time). I want to run the meeting from France. Ukraine is one hour ahead of France so I've adjusted the timing to 3.00 - 5.00. However, the 'time zone' setting still reads as 'GMT plus 1' even though my computer's clock has adjusted to French time. I'd welcome any advice on this please.

Hi There, My company has been using Zoom to record a series of webinars, and the webcam preview has always been a certain size when we share the screen. However, my colleague made a recording earlier today and found that the webcam preview in the recording has been reduced to roughly half the size compared to earlier videos. I wanted to know whether Zoom has changed some default setting in how webcams are previewed in meetings, and how I can return the webcam preview to the previous larger size. When I try to resize the preview, it is only changed in my screen, not in the actual recording. Thank you for your time.

It shows a white screen saying A problem repeatedly occurred on "https://app.zoom.us/wc/...".
Looks like zoom and FB are not firends anymore, anyone else having issue streaming into FB groups and issues copying and pasting KEYS into streaming software on zoom?
IF so how have you fixed it and rectified it

Typically, when I sign into Zoom on Windows, I will be asked to enter my username and password about once per week or so. It will remember my credentials for repeat uses within that timeframe. If I open a new meeting and I haven't explicitly logged in with my username and password, it will deny my the ability to allow multiple participants to share the screen. This is really annoying, as I have no way of knowing when this lack of full hosting capabilities is going to kick in. The only fix is to ask everyone to log out and then log in with username/pw. Is there a workaround to this very annoying glitch?

One of my colleagues accidentally synced her calendar (we assume google calendar) to our Zoom and we both can't work out how to unsync it. She also can't remember how she did it. Her meetings for other companies keep coming up in our upcoming Zoom meeting list and under calendar when creating a new meeting, her email is the only option. We have looked through users, hosts, calendar etc in settings, but we can't work out how she managed to do it. Any advice much appreciated!
