The files in a cloud recording of a meeting are showing us that the results of the polls we conducted are not anonymous as we thought them to be. Is there a way to delete these files from the account to protect the privacy of those who participated, without deleting the entire meeting recording?

Hi everyone, I want to use my Canon EOS 800D as the camera for Zoom meetings. I've installed the webcam utility software and updated my camera's firmware, but my screen still displays "EOS Webcam Utility" with a wrong red cross over a wire. Does anyone know what this means? I would really appreciate any help. Thank you!

Having the waiting room is supposed to enable me as host to allow people into the meeting. But how can I know which of those waiting aren't malevolent? After all, some found details of my meetings on Facebook or X. Basically, it makes no difference if there is a waiting room or whether there isn't. Yesterday my meeting was bombed!

Hi, my company runs HIPAA-compliant sessions using our Zoom instance. I am hoping to set up alerts/notifications when one of our providers doesn't start their zoom-room during a scheduled time? Does anyone know how to do that?
Hello, in some meetings on my smartphone LG G5 it gets too dark dimmed for no reason. The only solutio i found is to restart the zoom-app Dim flashing video shared in a meeting or webinar - Zoom Support how can i disable the dimming of videos shared in a meeting?

I sent a zoom invite to someone that I have zoomed with before and when he went to open the link , he received a message from zoom that said “ you are required to update the application" and they offered him a free month ? he has not been using an paid account of his own. why would he receive this now if he is logging onto my zoom invite I sent him ?

the personal meeting room option is no longer visible within the Zoom Workplace desktop app. is this a deliberate change or is there a way of re-enabling that - Windows PC
Hello, I don't know if anyone else has had this problem. When I try to schedule a meeting on my home page, I get error codes, but when I sign in to Client via my profile, there seems to be no problem in scheduling a meeting. Has anyone else had this issue? Many thanks.

I am way over exposed. I know there are adjustments for low light, but I don't see anything for too much light. How do I lower the exposure, other than turning off all the lights and basically sit in a dark room?
