Hi all! I use zoom all the time, but having a new problem: When I share my screen and sound the audience can see/hear the music or video perfectly, but suddently I can't hear it myself. I have tried all of the audio setting options on both my zoom settings and computer settings and and nothing is working. My zoom version is up to date, I am on a PC, microsoft 10. This just happened today (worked fine yesterday and prior). Tips or ideas?

I share my computer audio quite frequently, and about 9/10 times, it works just fine. However, sometimes I get this "To share your computer audio, please install the zoom audio device" message, asking for my username and password. If I click cancel, it shows that I'm sharing my computer sound, but participants can't hear what I'm playing. If I enter my password, everything on my end goes silent. I can't hear my own audio that I'm playing, or anything from the participants, but they can hear my audio. It seems the only resolution is for me to enter my password, leave zoom, and come back in. As you might guess, this is EXTREMELY inconvenient and frustrating. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas as to why this happens?

After the most recent update, I had a user who was asking why we could no longer schedule in 15-minute increments. It seems we can only schedule in 30 minute increments. (i.e. cannot choose 8:15 or 8:45 start time while scheduling a meeting. It must be 8:00 or 8:30). We can't even type in a time manually. We must choose a time Is there any way to address this? Has the "minimum increment" become a setting or something?

In teams meeting the participating that share screen shows a black screen , why does this happen , i cant see anything anyone presents on share screen?
Hello. I was on a zoom call that was going fine, and then all of a sudden I keep hearing a constant beeping noise. I am not using any headsets, headphones, bluetooth etc. Just using computer audio. The noise stops as soon as I exit the meeting. How do I stop this? I need to use Zoom for school and need this solved quickly. Thanks!

When both another user and I try to schedule a meeting in the Workplace app, we have to select our Time Zone from the drop down menu every time. We thought it defaulted to the Time Zone on the PC. On both computers, checked PC and Zoom settings, switched Time Zones away and back, and restarted, but still not remembering. Not a huge deal to switch, but would prefer to have default if possible.

Hey there, good morning. Just did a CCleaner update on Zoom....now there is no "Update Button" to be found as usual on my Account Dropdown.
Any thoughts?

How can I force that all participant's camera can not be openned?
I know this topic has been shared and a solution has been supplied but the post are from years ago. The solutions I've seen are from a Mac point of view. I am running on a PC (Windows 10 Pro, 22H2) using the latest version of Zoom, 6.0.11. Everything has been working fine until this morning. I tried to screen share and Zoom looked fine then it immediately went in to "Screen sharing is paused." Is there a recent solution to this problem? I have screen shared 100's if not 1000's of times and this has me baffled. And yes, I have tried the Resume button, but it does nothing.
