Hallo Zusammen,

Ich habe ein Meeting durchgeführt mit über 100 Teilnehmern. Ich würde mich gern für die Teilnahme bedanken. Wo sehe ich die E-Mail-Adressen der Teilnehmer. Ich weiß wer sich angemeldet hat, aber ich weiß nicht wer tatsächlich an dem Meeting teilgenommen hat. Wie kann ich es herausfinden?

Hello everyone,

I recently hosted a meeting with over 100 participants and would like to express my gratitude for their participation. I know who registered, but I am unsure who actually attended the meeting. Where can I find the email addresses of the attendees, and how can I verify their attendance?

Can a user still call into a meeting if "Authenticated profiles only" is turned on?

We want to enable "Only authenticated users can join meeting" so that people have to be signed into their zoom account to join. The domain isn't important, just any Zoom account. Will people on the phone still be able to call in? I don't have the acc... Show more

We want to enable "Only authenticated users can join meeting" so that people have to be signed into their zoom account to join. The domain isn't important, just any Zoom account. Black Boxes where I have floating meeting controls and participant box

I've tried everything that has already been mentioned on these threads about black boxes showing where floating meeting and participant box is showing...but to no avail.

 

Why is this happening? I use lenovo laptop. Here is troubleshooting I've already done:


1. Turned off Use Hardware Acceleration to Optimize Video Share

2. Turned off Optimize for Video

3. Updated latest version both on my laptop and zoom

4. changed video rendering method

5. changed screen capture mode too all available options

6. Ive deselected the Use TCP connection for screen sharing check box.

6. I've seen lots of folks mention GPU settings... I have Intel Iris but I dont see any option to change the settings there related to Zoom. So this the only thing I havent done but thats because its not clear exactly how to do it.

Missing or vanished recurring meetings!

I have a recurring meeting I have had once a week since October. On Monday 2/27 I extended the date through 4/2/23. I have been extending it a month at a time since October. When I logged in to start the meeting on Tuesday, 2/28 it was gone. All past... Show more

I have a recurring meeting I have had once a week since October. On Monday 2/27 I extended the date through 4/2/23. I have been extending it a month at a time since October. When I logged in to start the meeting on Tuesday, 2/28 it was gone. All past occurrences had vanished, along with all the ones for March.

 

Today I logged in and a different recurring meeting had vanished as well, from January 1 to present. The October-December instances are still there.

 

These are meetings I use weekly. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

Resolved! can't convert recorded video on my desktop

HI! I can't convert a recorded video from my desktop anymore. I used to be able to record meeting then when I click Stop, a folder appears on desktop as usual but the files in the folder are not video files and I get an error message to find applicat... Show more

HI! I can't convert a recorded video from my desktop anymore. 

I used to be able to record meeting then when I click Stop, a folder appears on desktop as usual but the files in the folder are not video files and I get an error message to find application to use. Never had problem before. 

 

I was always able to convert video, while the meeting continued to play video back on shared screen. 

 

Any guidance is appreciated. thanks.

zoom drops me as the host

When will "share screen with only one participant" be released (re discussion from Feb 2023 below)?

Currently this feature is not available but will be available very soon. Please keep monitoring release notes for availability of this feature.

In your Feb 2023 Reply, Zoom indicated that a feature allowing "share screen" with a single person in a meeting would be "available very soon." 

I don't see that this feature has been added in any Release, and I've read through the whole link you posted. Is it still planned for Release? It would be a great help.

I’m having trouble with Zoom’s screen sharing feature. When I try to share my screen, the participants only see a black screen or the sharing stops after a few minutes. I’ve tried updating Zoom and checking my internet connection, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any tips on how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Incoming video call history

Someone called me using Zoom video (not a regular phone call) so they could share their screen and I could help with a document.  I can see the incoming call in the history with this person (Team Chat>NAME> "Incoming call - accepted") but it doesn't show how long the call lasted.  I've tried to view reports but that only shows scheduled meetings (for me at least) and the phone history doesn't seem to register incoming video calls. 

 

Any ideas?
