Zoom freezing when integrate calendar showed up.

Just wondering if anyone experience the same thing.

I installed latest version (6th if I am not mistaken, as I can not see it anymore) on my Dell Windows 10.

It was starting flawsly, but it's became frozen when integrated calendar is showing.

Been trying to uninstall, reinstall, updated plug-in outlook,  disable "Merge Meetings and Calendar tabs" but problem still exist.

Is there any workaround n this issue?

I have not tried to downgrade the version thou.

I have read the related threads on this subject and none work.

We have a recurring "ghost" meeting that was set up by an employee who was let go and their account was deleted.

I have the meeting ID and the link (which still works), but the meeting is not in Google Calendar or in my Admin Group previous Zoom meetings. iCal sync is not on. We don't currently use Zoom Rooms, I can't find this meeting but it exists. 

Why isn't there a super admin account that can delete or reassign any meeting in our org? This is basic account administration in most apps we use.

I wish to get a report that includes both answers for the registration form and in addition the duration in the meeting. all details in one report- is it possible and is so, how can I do it?

Issue

The end user cannot utilize their webcam on a few Windows 10 systems with Zoom v6 installed. The issue is occurring on 2+ systems in our environment.

 

When they try to start a meeting, they receive the following error:

Cannot start video
Failed to start the video camera. Please select another video camera in Settings.

 

Troubleshooting performed

  • Camera works fine in Windows, Google Hangouts, Slack, etc.
  • Downgrading to Zoom v5 works fine


Questions

  • Does Zoom have a solution to reset privacy settings and/or an updated version of v6 that will work? This issue appears to be true for all v6 versions we've tested.
  • Any other suggestions would be appreciated, aside from upgrading to Windows 11, as we shouldn't use a hammer to fix this issue.

I have two computers. I installed Zoom on one of them, and everything works fine. However, when I installed the software on the second computer, the camera image quality is poor, the software looks different, and the interface is a bit different with fewer functions. Virtual background support is available but it doesn't work well; only the head is visible.

It's strange because both computers have the same version of Zoom, the same camera, and the same operating system, Windows. Both computers are the same:

  • Windows 10
  • The latest updated version of Zoom - 6.1.6
  • Brio 500 camera

The computers have different specifications. Here are the details of the problematic computer's processor:

Processor Name: i7
Intel® CPU: Original 0 2.50GHz
Configuration:

  • 1 Processor - 4 Cores - 8 Threads
    Frequency:
  • 2593.81 MHz (26 * 99.76 MHz)

Activity Icons no longer working after update to Zoom Workplace.

My zoom is integrated with my outlook. I use to get a red calendar icon when I had a meeting on my calendar (even meetings outside of Zoom example Teams). My software was updated to Zoom Workplace and now I no longer see the 'activity' icons updated ... Show more

My zoom is integrated with my outlook. I use to get a red calendar icon when I had a meeting on my calendar (even meetings outside of Zoom example Teams).  My software was updated to Zoom Workplace and now I no longer see the 'activity'  icons updated to a red flag when in external meetings. Would anyone know how to fix this. Thanks!

When I try to "Schedule", it just spins

I completely uninstalled the app. Reinstalled it. Same problem. 


I tried logging in with 2 different accounts. Same problem. 

 

I'm able to join meetings, but just not schedule them. 


Any idea what's wrong??

HI!  HELP!! Please!  Last week I was using the blurred background in my meetings and it worked fine. But Friday, I held up a book to show the cover and it was also blurred. Even though you could see my face to the back and side of the book and it was clear. So the background was blurred and the book in foreground was blurred. I was between them and I was clear!  What the heck!  Please help!  Thank you!!

One of my team members' recordings are not appearing in our shared cloud storage making his meetings opaque to the rest of the team. I have checked his user settings and am sure I have configured something incorrectly.

 

The ideal outcome is that his, along with all of my team members, when they record customer meetings, those recordings flow into the "Recordings and Transcript Management" tab for transparent meeting sharing.
