I've been trying to schedule Zoom meetings for later this week using the desktop app; however, when you go to select the date on the calendar, it won't change the date from the current day's date. I tried to do this last week and today and it won't let me schedule for dates in advance.

Does Zoom have something similar to the Scheduling Assistant that MS Outlook has? That is, I'd like to identify a time/ date when most attendees will be free for proposing a convenient time and avoid conflicts. Asking each attendee for their availability is super time consuming and definitely not efficient at all! Thanks

Hello - looking for help as our HR staff members are asking what is the best way to schedule multiple zoom meetings with potential candidates over the course of a day or days with various people. I.e - Joe Bloggs will be meeting with HR at 1pm, at 2pm he meets with Legal and at 4pm he meets with Sales. and on the next day he meets with a VP of Marketing at 9am. the zoom link can be the same or be different. The person who is setting this up will need to use her zoom account during these meetings for other meetings so it can't be their zoom Meeting ID. Any ideas? thanks

I know a lot of people hate full screen mode, and googling for information on Zoom and full screen are filled with people trying to figure out how to get out of full screen mode. My problem is the opposite. I love full-screen mode. I'm on a Mac, and "full screen" goes onto its own space/desktop on my monitor that I can three-finger swipe to and from. Especially when screen-sharing, full screen mode allows me to see the shared screen as large as possible with minimum extra "chrome" around it. I have Zoom set to "Enter full screen when starting or joining a meeting: checked" and "Window size when screen sharing: Fullscreen mode". This used to work great. Zoom would start fullscreen, when someone shared it would stay full-screen, when someone stopped sharing it would stay full screen, etc. Sometime about a month back, all my Zoom settings got reset to defaults (no idea why), and even after setting the above two items again, what happens is: How can I get that third behavior to stop? It disrupts whatever I am doing (be that paying strict attention to the meeting, or listening to the meeting while multitasking in the background on another screen). Was this some intentional Zoom update, and I should make Zoom not full screen anymore?

Hello, I am aware that a transcript is automatically created for meetings that are recorded onto the cloud. I accidentally recorded my last meeting to my laptop and there is no trancript. Is there a way to get a transcript from this? And is there a reason we don't get a transcript when recording to our device?
