After 3 years with a professional account, my experience with Zoom has become unpleasant. In addition to log in problems, some meetings that I schedule on my cell phone no longer appear when I log in to my computer. I don't know what the exclusion criteria are, since all meetings are scheduled on my cell phone and held on the computer. It used to work perfectly. Any ideas on what to do?

1. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings. Click the Meeting tab. Under In Meeting (Basic), click the Allow users to transfer meetings between devices toggle to enable or disable it. If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.

2. App should be with latest version.

Thank you!
