Prevent users from joining old meeting
How can I prevent users from joining to old meeting? The scenario is like this. 1. We have created a meeting for a particular day say 10 AM to 01 PM 2. Once the meeting schedule time is completed or the meeting ends the meeting will move to Previous meeting 3. Now if the meeting is not deleted, the users of the meeting or those who have the meeting ID and passcode can enter the meeting next day or any other day till the meeting is deleted. Is there any way to prevent this? Ofcourse the meeting is open meeting so that any users with ID and passcode can join.

We sell 3 support programs for 3 different audiences.
I would like to create 3 meeting rooms for these 3 audiences on a permanent basis in order to always have the same 3 links to share. How to do ?

I work in a non-profit organization. We have a zoom account with three licenses. We have several groups who need host a Zoom meeting at various times. So, I alternate the licenses between the users depending who needs it for their meeting. I currently set up the meeting on my account and make them a co-host. I'm wondering if they (licensed user) were to give me (administrator) scheduling privileges so I can set up their meeting if this would mean they would be the host of the meeting or would it mean I am still the host and they are an alternate host. Therefore I would not need use two licenses (mine and theirs) for them to host the meeting.

I have a meeting that's always open. And everyone has the host code. Would you mind if I changed the host code?
Recent Linux versions show blank/garbled "zoom - licensed account" window
Zoom versions after 5.3.465578.0920-1.x86_64 on Linux show a blank or garbled control window (the "Zoom - Licensed Account" window with "New meeting", "Join", etc.). See below: Setting the environment variable LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 fixes the problem, but that causes zoom CPU usage to increase dramatically. The distribution/version is CentOS 7 and the graphics card is Intel Corporation HD Graphics 630 (rev 04).
