@Bort We have a company account and the company has 2 different brands - is it possible to have 2 vanity URLs on one Zoom account?

Unfortunately no, it is not possible to have 2 Vanity URLs on the same account. If you need to have 2 Vanity URLs, you might check with your Account Executive about setting up a sub-account, which can have its own separate Vanity URL.
