I've been successfully hosting hybrid Zoom meetings with my Mac laptop, iPhone, and iPad all connected in the same room for 4+ years. One for the speaker video and room audio, one for the class video, and one for me to control the session and share docs on the screen. Only 1 of the 3 devices is connected to audio--to avoid feedback.

 

Until this month. Now, I get a message that Zoom is unable to turn volume to 0 on iOS devices. And the phone and tablet now give low volume feedback during our meetigs. What changed and how do I avoid this problem?

I have used by airpods flawlessly with zoom for 3 weeks and had some updates installed on zoom and my computer and now hear others on zoom calls very low -- they can hear me perfectly fine but I can't hear them. Am I missing a setting? Did something ... Show more

I have used by airpods flawlessly with zoom for 3 weeks and had some updates installed on zoom and my computer and now hear others on zoom calls very low -- they can hear me perfectly fine but I can't hear them. Am I missing a setting? Did something change with updates perhaps on zoom? I spent time with apple support and it's definitely not the airbuds but zoom itself.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Even though I subscribed to the 'meeting summary has been completed' event, the webhook is not being triggered. I just want to mention that the 'meeting_started' and 'meeting_ended' events are working normally. Can you check what the issue might be? Show more

以前はパソコンで使えましたが、久しぶりに利用しようと思ったらZoom Workplaceがアップデートされました。アプリのアイコンをクリックしても何の反応もなく起動しなくなりました。その後Clean Zoomを使って削除した後、再度インストールを試したところ、インストールを完了してもデスクトップにアイコンは表示されません。ちなみに、プログラムの一覧の中にはZoom Workplaceがあります。ここを起動しようと初期化...の画面が表示された後、バーがいっぱいになって落ちて何もなく、Zoom W... Show more

Account hacked -- can't get help

Hopefully someone can help me.  

Someone hacked my account.  At first glance, the region said United States but if you go in to choose a different region, the only one available is Russia.  Similarly, on the audio page, where you can choose dial in phone numbers, the only country available is Russia and two numbers I didn't recognize that were checked were from Russia.  If I uncheck them, I get an error message that says I need to check at least one number so I can't get rid of them unless I choose only the internet audio (no phone) which will affect all my meeting participants.  In another place, they had checked something that would allow only people from Russia and China to dial in.

 

So, armed with screen shots, I submitted a ticket.  All I got back was  a question of whether this was affecting my meeting.  Because I don't have a corporate account, I was not allowed to talk to anyone on the phone. So I spent an  hour on the phone with someone named Ram who had me change different settings but, in the end, I couldn't change them all. Now, today, I am getting email after email telling me people who I don't know have joined a meeting I don't have.

 

Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone tell me how to get someone at Zoom to help?  At this point I want my account shut down and the balance of what I paid either refunded or applied to a new account. Seems reasonable but I can't get to anyone who can help.  Thank you in advance for any suggestions

After 3 years with a professional account, my experience with Zoom has become unpleasant. In addition to log in problems, some meetings that I schedule on my cell phone no longer appear when I log in to my computer. I don't know what the exclusion criteria are, since all meetings are scheduled on my cell phone and held on the computer. It used to work perfectly. Any ideas on what to do?
