I am wondering if anyone has experience with opening 100 breakout rooms. We have an event where we will be doing this soon and wonder how long it will take for 100 rooms to open and everyone to join those rooms. We tested multiple times today with 14 people into 7 rooms and consistently it took 15 seconds. Does it take longer with a larger number of rooms? A larger number of participants? thanks

Hi, I started a recording and the audio announcement was made as such and the recording button glowed throughout. At the end, the recording had not occurred either on the cloud or locally. What went wrong?
Recently, when hosting a meeting with several (anywhere from seven to forty, I begin to lose features and the ability to do "normal" things. For example, the microphone icons in the pictures of the guests disappear. I can no longer open or close windows, like the chat or participant window. After a while, I may even lose the ability to move windows around. Eventually, I quit zoom (force quit on windows 10), and restart and the meeting starts up where I left it, with everyone in place as they were and all the features are back. (There is another host on the meeting, using the same account that I used / use when starting the meeting.) I am recording the meeting and using closed captioning. I never had this problem with zoom before, and I have been using it for over a year. The only NEW wrinkle here is that this only started once I began to use closed captioning. Has anyone else had this problem? And does anyone have any ideas how to correct it? Thanks, Green

Hi dear community - SUBJECT: UNABLE TO RECORD VIDEO I am subscribed to Zoom for a year, my subscription ends may 2022, yet I am unable to record video of my meetings, only the audio gets recorded. Please le me know how I can activate my video recording. I was able to record videos of my meetings until last weel\k when I delinked my credit card from my account, but my subscription is paid for a year in advance until may 2022. Rakesh.

i have checked all the audio setting for both zoom app and my computer settings and everything is in order. All the other apps doesnt have this problem but my zoom audio and microphone are not working. It only works when i use the headphone. When i unplug my headphone, the audio works for only like 2 seconds then it stopped. How can i fix this?

I'm trying to join a meeting with Zoom, but I enter my room number, and there's no response, and then I get a response a few seconds later. What should I do?
Olá, algumas sugestões: 1 - Nas salas simultâneas poderia ser possível destacar participantes. E poder também ser possível designar co-anfitriões. 2 - Visualização imersiva: poderia ser possível criar um fundo com uma quantidade específica de participantes, além de ser possível manter o fundo original da câmera sem fundo virtual , e manter a fundo do dispositivos celulares sem criar a visualização redonda. 3 - Interpretação de idioma: poderia ser possível criar um pop-up pra intérprete de língua de sinais. Visto que no celular o destaque não funciona na tela principal.

Is there a way for alternative hosts to be able to edit the recording just like the main host can? We want a copy both to the main host and the alternative host.

Is there a way to gain local access to the camera controls that can otherwise be given to a far end participant? In other words - I can give someone else PTZ control of my camera, but can I gain access to the same controls for myself at my end, using Zoom? Thanks, Rupert

Hello, Two days ago, I had a meeting that was about 1.5 hours long and I recorded to the cloud. Usually, my recordings are ready within an hour. So far, after 2 days, Zoom says it is still processing. I am hoping it will still be available, but I am getting concerned that it didn't record for some reason. Is there any way to get help and find out what is going on, or has anyone had this type of delay with a recording before? Thank you, Victoria
