Is there anyway to send certain people direct Zoom link to meeting without registration?

I am hosting a workshop and we use the Zoom registration for attendees later today, but the facilitators of the workshop do not want to register. Is there anyway that I can send them the link to get into the meeting without registering? Thank you!

Is there a way for alternative hosts to be able to edit the recording just like the main host can? We want a copy both to the main host and the alternative host. Any help on this is appreciated!
