Zoom Audio issue

i have checked all the audio setting for both zoom app and my computer settings and everything is in order. All the other apps doesnt have this problem but my zoom audio and microphone are not working. It only works when i use the headphone. When i unplug my headphone, the audio works for only like 2 seconds then it stopped. How can i fix this?

Hi @ymtzen! That's not the experience we want you to have, so let's figure out what's going on. Is your Zoom app up-to-date? If so, have you also tried testing your audio
