I am having an issue with Zoom API Integration. 

We have integrated our LMS to Zoom for virtual class. Recently i am having this error

"You have exceeded the daily rate limit (3) of Meeting Batch Registration API requests permitted for (xxxxx@gmail.com) this particular registrant. You may resume these requests at GMT 00:00:00"

I understand each user is allow 100 per day. But our user with 3 tries, it fails to communicate

Every time I launch a poll while screen sharing a keynote presentation, screen sharing is paused and a black screen is showing for the participants. My colleagues don't seem to have to seem to have this problem. Could there be a setting that is right in either Zoom or Keynote?

We had a large meeting tonight with over 240 participants. Before kicking off breakout room sessions( self-chosen feature to a room), we set over 30 teachers as co-hosts. Then, half of the participants could enter their breakroom without any problems, however, the rest of them couldn't enter, even choose a room.  Then, another worst thing that happened to us, as the host of the meeting, I couldn't end the breakout room session...  What is a solution for the next meeting? Any help I need..

Hi, Just like the hands-up feature, it would be great to have a I CONSENT feature where if someone wants to take a screenshot, people can put that I CONSENT sign up (or not consent and it removes video) and then when people share screenshots from Zoom, it can be clearly seen who has consented for their image to be shared?

Since upgrading to the latest version of Zoom I can't seem to share cloud recordings with people anymore. When sharing I have made the recordings publicly available, on demand registration is required, they have the password to login in yet they still all receive the message "No permission200". What am I doing wrong?

I have a subscription to Zoom.   I think it is about $17 a month.  Recently I was in a session and got a message telling me that my 45 minute limit was being lifted for some reason.  But I have a subscription!  I don't have a limit!  Or do I?  I am having a lot of trouble with this service.  (This isn't the only problem.)  How do I get in touch with a real Zoom help person?
