Dear supporter,

I'm struggling to find the way to chat with a zoom participant.

As a host I'm expecting to have a simple way to chat with an individual participant, but I'm failing to do so.

My question is:

How can I chat with a specific participant while  zoom session is running?

Can a non host user initiate a chat with the host?

I recorded a meeting and saved the video locally.

Unfortunately, the device I saved it in is broken, and can not get the recording out.

Every time,  I try to open the recorded video from my account using a different device, it says:

"This meeting was recorded on a different computer"

Is there any other way to get the recorded video

by converting it again to a different device or something?

How do I submit a support ticket --- this site is a nightmare to navigate!!!!

My entire account has gone blank. No meetings, no nothing!!!

I have gone to EVERY support page, called the phone number....cannot get any assistance.

Tells me to submit a 'support ticket'  but, unfortunately, there is no place to do that???
