On the last use of zoom meeting, the image appears rotatted 45º. Not even with the rotation control knob i solved this problem. I've tested the laptop camera and it's working fine. Can you help me?

I have a user who recently updated his Zoom client and now each time he goes into a meeting he has to manually rotate his camera. Is this normal after the update or is there a setting that will keep it from having to be rotated?

Dear supporter, I'm struggling to find the way to chat with a zoom participant. As a host I'm expecting to have a simple way to chat with an individual participant, but I'm failing to do so. My question is: How can I chat with a specific participant while zoom session is running? Can a non host user initiate a chat with the host? Waiting desperately for your advise... Ami Tirman

I recorded a meeting and saved the video locally. Unfortunately, the device I saved it in is broken, and can not get the recording out. Every time, I try to open the recorded video from my account using a different device, it says: "This meeting was recorded on a different computer" Is there any other way to get the recorded video by converting it again to a different device or something?

How do I submit a support ticket --- this site is a nightmare to navigate!!!! My entire account has gone blank. No meetings, no nothing!!! I have gone to EVERY support page, called the phone number....cannot get any assistance. Tells me to submit a 'support ticket' but, unfortunately, there is no place to do that???

in a meeting with some Zoom participants in the same room but on their own device, how can the person controlling Zoom force all devices except one to both microphone and speaker off?
