How can one share an scheduled meeting for others to get a notification with the date ID and PW before the time of meeting comes along?

Hi @amorbor83
Zoom does not inherently provide meeting reminders to participants.
Zoom provides you with an invitation text/link to copy and paste into an external application like Outlook or Gmail, to invite your users.
But also - if your Meeting (or Webinar) requires registration, the user will receive a confirmation email, after registering, with a calendar file they can accept.
If either you send an invitation, in Outlook or Gmail, or the user adds it to their calendar after registration, then those applications will provide the user with a reminder according to their preferences in that application.
If you are using registration, you can also send a manual reminder at any point in time by looking at your registration list.
Webinar CAN be configured to send reminders - but not Meetings.
You could also look at the Outlook or Gmail Plugins.
