My disk is filling up with three types of files, as the zoom software evidently tries to continuously reprocess files: double_click_to_convert_(incrementing dates and times) video1762280867 (incrementing dates and times) audio (incrementing dates and times)

When I send an invitation to Zoom meeting it defaults to the wrong email address, even though the right email address is on my profile.
I've noticed with the most recent update that meeting invitations are no longer successfully copying. There is a "copy invitation" tab like before, but it fails to actually copy (I usually paste the copy into emails). I can manually copy the meeting link, but that doesn't contain the meeting date & time details. Very annoying. Does anyone who a fix? Thanks.

Hey! When im sharing my screen all the other participants sees all the zoom related panels and windows as gray like squares on their screen. I have tried share with(or without) window filtering, but its just showing them the windows and I wnat them just to see my screen without it. I made sure that the optimize video clip feature is not checked. "Showing zoom windows during screen share" is off. Any other suggestions?

Hey folks, I've got a fun one for you. I recently (3 days ago) hosted a meeting and had my recording directed to the same path I have used for years. I later remembered that I changed my Windows username. Same login, just changed the display name. So the path of; is now When I try to open the recording folder automatically in Zoom, it redirects to the USERNAME2 folder, which is empty. Nothing in my Trash, as I furiously dump it multiple times a day. I don't actually use OneDrive, it's just the 'physical' folder on C:// that often gets defaulted too and I've been too lazy to change. I'm not convinced that Zoom would just vaporize the recording because of a bad file path...especially because I wasn't prompted to give an alternative path. I'm hoping it's tucked away in AppData or some other invisible cache location? Thanks for your time. /Users/<USERNAME1>/OneDrive/Documents/Zoom

I RECORDED A MEETING FROM `11AM TO 5PM I CANT FIND IT. ALL I SAW WAS THE SIZE AS 0BYTE. NO VIDEO OR AUDIO. JUST THE NAME OF THE MEETING ON THE RECORDING & TRANSCRIPT MODULE AND 0 BYTE AS SIZE MEANWHILE I SAW IT RECORDING DURING THE MEETING AND A RECORDING LINK WAS SENT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE MEETING ENDED BY 5PM. HELP PLEASE I NEED TO RECOVER IT

Hi All, I looking for a possibility to do the recordings in splitscreen. So one half 'shared screen' and other half the speakers video. Is there a possibilty to do this? At the moment I only have a small screen of the speaker if I record it and screen is shared. Hope anyone can help! Take care, Jorick

Hello everyone, I've installed the Zoom PWA for Chromebook and it seems to default to a max of 9 participants (3 x 3) visible on the screen. The Zoom app allowed 16 (4x4) and I was hoping this PWA would default to 25 (5x5) like Windows and Mac. Anybody know how I can change this? Thank you!

I recorded a test recording for a meeting on 9-26-24. I stopped the recording, stayed in the meeting, and recorded another test recording. This one I couldn't find and figured it hadn't coverted yet. I stopped this one, stayed in the meeting, and then started recording the acutal meeting (3.5 hours). I stopped the recording and left the meeting. I do not remember anything saying the meeting was converting. The last 2 recording I can't find and don't know what to do...please help.
