Please Restore "Slides as Background" in the next update

The latest update has "Upload Slides as Background" shaded out as an option. (In the Advanced tab). Offering that option made it a lot easier to set up my meeting room, so please restore this option in the next update. 

 

I don't have a problem with the new presentation mode, but why can't you offer both? "Slides as Background" is super easy to load and then you see the participants and chat super easily without having to organize it yourself. PLEASE RESTORE THIS FEATURE!

Hi, Im holding meetings in zoom where attendees are over 200 and I'm being asked for segmented attendee data to identify which functions are engaging with the training.  Is this possible? At the moment I can only export a list of email addresses so its a manual job to identify which functions they all belong to.

I wondered could I set something in the settings so that when joining the attendee registers which function they're from?

Any help appreciated.

I’m recording myself using Zoom Meetings and have enabled captions, customized the color and font size, but I noticed my profile picture shows next to the captions, which I’d like to remove. Also, the caption box feels too large and blocky. Is there a way to make it thinner or more minimal? Any tips would be appreciated!

Zoom rolled out a system update on 12/28/2022 which caused video issues to occur, freezing with flashing multi colors occurs. This is a cross-post from the Zoom Workplace Reservation thread, but is possibly more relevant in the Zoom Meeting thread. 

Since the update to V6.1 when scheduling a meeting the app no longer remembers my default time zone. Each time I schedule one (which happens a lot) I need to scroll through the over-long list to find my time zone. My time zone IS entered into settings.

I am using ipad for ZOOM. Like on laptop, you can see the audio settings for the meeting which tells you which speaker zoom is using and which mic it is using. how do I find that settings for ipad.? I am connecting with an external mic via lightning.... Show more

New Pro Account

last week I purchased the Zoom Workplace Pro but can't seem to log into this new account my meeting are still using the basic plan and not the new Pro plan 

User adds attendees but they do not get the invite

I have a user who has the same settings as a few hundred others, and when they create meetings and add attendees, none of the attendees get the invite.  Support has been useless.

Hi all!

 

I create some ICS files containing Zoom meeting details. I send them to Gmail accounts having the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on installed, and I want the add-on to display the details nicely, just like when I create an event from the add-on.

 

What do I need to include in the ICS file to do this? I tried with the -::~:~::~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~ delimiters in the description but it doesn't work.

 

I manage to do it for Outlook for example, if my ICS has a proper description, the Outlook add-on displays a "Join" button. I want kind of the same for Google Calendar.
