can not Find my recording
I was recording on my computer locally. After sometime lost WIFI for a few minutes. After reconnecting I do not find any recording. Please advise how to find it. It recorded only half the event

Zoom's 6.4.2 update took away functionality! These issues are happening on both Windows and Mac. 1. Before 6.4.2, when I used "Pause" button during screen share, the content shared would still be showing for participants but in a paused state. After the update, using "Pause" shows a black screen with a message "XXX has paused screen sharing". This is not productive, pause is what it is, pausing what is being shown. I am not seeing any setting to change this feature. 2. "Optimize for video sharing" used to work fine and downsample the video. But after the update, turning on "Optimize for video sharing" does not even show the video, only audio is heard.

I have a few clients that are getting asked to enter a code when we've provided an embedded password link - has anyone had this issue - and what was the issue/solution?
Cuando inicio una reunión con la aplicación de Zoom en mi laptop no reconoce el micrófono y la cámara solo se ve un fondo negro, pero al abrir la reunión por la web si funcionan ambos, he realizado todas las posibles soluciones las cuales inician desde verificar que cuento con la última versión de los controladores al igual que de la aplicación y nada, el inconveniente es solo con la aplicación de Zoom ya que en otros dispositivos funciona con normalidad, también conecte un microfono y cámara externa y persiste el problema, por favor alguien quien pueda ayudarme con ese inconveniente, de antemano muchas gracias.

Tengo un problema con respecto al microfono, en un principio zoom no me deja entrar a la configuración del micrófono, he tratado de conectar otros audifonos a la laptop y con ninguno funciona, la única forma de ingresar a una reunión es sin auriculares y sin camara conectada, ya intenté reiniciar, reinstalar, ya verifiqué los permisos en windows, intenté actualizar los drivers, pero ni aún así he logrado dar con la solución, necesito ingresar a mis reuniones, ayudenme con eso gracias

Hi all, I recently gave permission to an App called otter.ai that records meetings. I changed my mind and want to remove the permission previously given. How do I do this ? I have tried using the "Manage" button on Zoom market place. But nowhere can I see this app mentioned. As I already deleted my account with otter.ai does this mean it automatically removed itself from my Zoom permissions OR is there sometjing more I need to do to achieve this. My Camera doesn't work on the app when I am trying to join a meeting. When I go to the settings page, the image from the camera shows. It is a Mac with an external camera. It doesn't work with the external camera or built-in. The permissions are correct

Hi! I just updated to Zoom version 6.4.3 (52139). Where is the meeting information, including the Zoom link and dial-in info? I cannot find it anywhere. It used to be included in the meeting listed on the Zoom calendar. Thank you!
Hi, I've been trying to use the Zoom desktop client on Linux but I've been unable to get the "Schedule a Meeting" functionality to work. When I click on "Schedule" from the main screen, a new window open but it is completely blank and non-responsive. I can't close it and it stays open even when I close the main app screen. Ultimately, I have to kill it from the System Monitor. I've tried this on multiple distributions (e.g. Ubuntu 22.04.3, Zorin OS 17, PoP!OS) and they all do the exact same thing. Is this an Ubuntu issue (I realize these are all based on Ubuntu)? I haven't tried it yet with Fedora but was curious if anyone else had seen this problem. Thanks!

Ever since I got new airpods, zoom is suppressing the sound and the volume coming through airpods vs regular speaker is about half of the capacity. I've adjusted volume to max in zoom, on Windows sound mixer, and have played with the different advanced settings in Zoom such as switching audio profile to original sound for musicians and turning signal processing by windows audio device to on and windows system audio enhancements to on. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and cleared the cache. Went to max volume on my airpods itself. Every available solution has been tried but the airpods sound quality is muffled because it's at 50% capacity. When I close out of zoom and try to use regular apps like spotify, it takes a few seconds to restore back to normal sound. What is it about Zoom that is suppressing the sound? Is it a new update?
