Does the host have to stay in the main room when using breakout rooms?

I'm running a meeting with about 100 people and plan to open 5 breakout rooms. I will have a co-host. Am I able to assign myself to a breakout room and the co-host can move between meetings? This would mean no-one in the main meeting at times. Just c...
