We were in the middle of a meeting, then unfortunately, we had a power outage. Our meeting connection was lost and now I don't see any recording? Is there a way to see if it was recorded?

Hey @Honokai , If the local recording was in the midst of converting when the power went off then it may need to be converted again. If you can follow the steps in the support article and see if that will convert for you that is the next best step. If it cannot, please send us the double_click_to_convert01 and 02 files to our Zoom technical support and they can further look into your issue.
