Hi. I recorded a Zoom meeting last night and trimmed out the first and last few seconds of the video on my computer's photo app when I got the video how I wanted it. After I clicked "finish video" and saved the copy, the audio isn't working on the video for some reason. And the recording is no longer in my Zoom app (just the audio is available)...help.

Audio problems on zoom iPad

When I disconnect my airpods from my iPad while in a zoom meeting ,the zoom app switches to speaker mode and I cannot change the volume whatsoever. I usually disconnect and reconnect to the meeting when this happens but is there a way to turn off the speaker and change the volume normally after disconnecting?

Reports based on Groups

On my Zoom Pro plan, under role settings, I want to assign Usage reports and User activity reports. However, I want them to only see reports to their assigned groups. Is this possible? Or will they see reports from the entire organization's zoom acco... Show more

On my Zoom Pro plan, under role settings, I want to assign Usage reports and  User activity reports. However, I want them to only see reports to their assigned groups.

Zoom call keep disconnecting

Folks, My son has a peculiar problem logging in zoom. It keeps disconnecting frequently. The issue is very annoying. He is unable to attend any classes. We have tried using different network connections wifi or cellular and different network provider... Show more

My son has a peculiar problem logging in zoom. It keeps disconnecting frequently. The issue is very annoying. He is unable to attend any classes. 

We have tried using different network connections wifi or cellular and different network providers. 

We also tried using different devices. The end result is the same.

 

We have tried other zoom accounts for meetings on the same devices and networks, and we dont see any issue. 

 

Has anyone seen this issue? Any help?

extended display and sharing video playback

i use 2 displays in extended mode with zoom. when i share a video(via advanced sharing), zoom opens the video on the first display.how can i make it default to open up on the second display? also,any way to automatically open the video in full screen... Show more

While being a Co-host, I often am tasked with playing a video via share screen. The first time I play the video everything works fine, the meeting participants can hear and see the video. However, when I try to play the video some time later (30 mins or so), the video will play but the meeting participants can not hear the audio this time.

 

I have been using Zoom for almost 2 years now and am stumped as to what is causing this. I do use a second monitor and typically share the video via the second screen. Again, it works fine the first time but after some time has passed and I try to play it again the audio times out or something.

 

I have only been experiencing this issue in the last couple of months. I did not have this issue prior.

 

Any suggestions?
