I abhor automatic gesture reactions in Zoom so I've disabled them. 

Recently, Zoom started popping up desktop notifications every time I start a new meeting - not traditional desktop notifications but one that hangs off the camera icon in the MacOS taskbar (Sequoia 15.2). 

This is horrible. How do I make it stop?

We would like to conduct some interviews via Zoom.  We are thinking of setting up a single Zoom meeting for a 3-hour period. We would then tell each of the 5 interviewees a time to log into the meeting (one every half hour).  I am thinking if we use the Waiting Room function, we can monitor/control when the next interviewee can enter.  Does it make sense to do it this way, or do you recommend a different approach?  The interviewers will be the same for all 5 interviews. Only the interviewee will change. TIA.

I am admin for over 200 users. I used to be able to set admin privileges for me so that i could administer their account - including seeing how they have set up meetings or setting up new meetings. As far as i can see i only now have that privilege if the users gives it to me. Many of our users have only basic IT skills which is why it is useful to be able to go in and see what they have done (often wrongly).

How can i have delegate privileges without them having to assign it to me?

I just set up a new meeting for a recurring group and was confused when the invitation listed several participants, even though I invite people by email and not directly via Zoom.  The list included 9 people: myself, plus 7 named individuals who are part of this group and one more, identified by the initial 'D' and no other identifying info. other than "Not invited before meeting."  Where did that come from and how can I delete it?

I'm looking for for info on how/whether it's possible to configure Zoom so that when I require registration for a meeting (not a webinar), can I edit the confirmation, send email to registrants (changing date/time), and sending an automated followup message after the meeting?
