Can't sign in on Outlook Mac App because of missing Apple Authentication

Can you help me figure out how to my Zoom account to my outlook? I added the add-on for Zoom in my outlook but when I got to sign-in, it won't allow me to select to sign in with my Apple ID. Since I have it linked my apple ID, i don't have a typical password so now I'm stuck.

Any help?

Hi everyone, 

 

New to the Forum. This evening I did 2 recordings for a video podcast using my laptop to record and since I don't have the pro account as yet, I added the "Sembly" app to get transcription and "minutes" from the recorded session. 

 

Using the Sembly App external to Zoom, you have to send the invitation link to the app, it will then join the call and act as a Virtual Assistant, recording the meeting and it's AI wizard will summarise meeting, capture transcription all alongside the Zoom call being recorded as normal which is accessible after the call.

 

However when I finished the record and twice, went to end the call - using the "End Meeting for All Users" option the call ended - as expected - but the usual window that should open saying "converting file" to save the recording never showed, both times. I thought maybe it's a delay and it will show up later and on a troubleshooting site, it said restart Zoom, which I did and to no avail...the files are still not recorded. Going to the Zoom file folder, nothing is recorded there of those meetings but on Sembly, the meeting is fully recorded, transcribed etc (no video).

 

It seems like maybe Semby interfered and cannibalised the file? I don't know but has anyone had that issue and is there a way to get the Zoom audio and visual files in this circumstance? Even though it seems like it was recorded nowhere?

Music on new iPadAir6 during Zoom meeting

I have a new iPadAir6, iPadOS version 18.3.2. When music is played during a Zoom meeting its starts out loud and clear for 3-4 seconds, then the volume goes way down and the quality is poor. The sound fluctuates for the duration of the music. Voice s... Show more

I have a new iPadAir6, iPadOS version 18.3.2. When music is played during a Zoom meeting its starts out loud and clear for 3-4  seconds, then the volume goes way down and the quality is poor. The sound fluctuates for the duration of the music. Voice seems just fine. I have several iPads and iPhones, this does not happen on any of the other devices, only on the iPadAir6. I have learned that others who have the same version, iPadAir6 have the same problem. It seems there is a problem running the Zoom client on iPadAir6. Is Zoom support aware of this issue? Has anyone at Zoom looked into it?

I can't share my screen when I am a host

I am on a Macbook Air I bought two weeks ago. Since seamless porting over my data to the new computer, Zoom won't let me share my screen. When I click the Share button, the tab picker pops up as normal but I can't see any of my tabs in the tab icons.... Show more

I am on a Macbook Air I bought two weeks ago. Since seamless porting over my data to the new computer, Zoom won't let me share my screen. When I click the Share button, the tab picker pops up as normal but I can't see any of my tabs in the tab icons. I see generic icons as in the attachment. If I click on one of these generic icons, I get the alert (in another attached pic) that says I have to go to Privacy and Settings. But it doesn't tell me what I am supposed to do when I get there. 

 

In Privacy and Settings:

– Zoom is ON in Accessibility

– Zoom is ON in Camera

– Zoom is ON in Microphone

– I can't add Zoom to Screen & System Audio recording because it is the only app in my Applications folder that doesn't show up in the Applications Folder Open Dialogue Box (see 3rd attachment)

Resolved! How do I remove/change my logo from the Waiting screen

Hi.  I found out today that when attendees go to my waiting room they see a Wait Screen with my very, very old logo for a business that no longer exists.  

 

How do I update my logo to my new one?

My name on a zoom role playing video was incorrect.

I am taking a class that requires us to meet via zoom meeting and do some role playing situations. One of the group hosted the meeting and sent email links to the rest of us to join the meeting. We all have zoom through our university and the links were sent to our university email. I am not very well versed on zoom and assumed that because the host had information going to the cloud and transcript activated that I did not need to do that. All seemed to go well. After the meeting ended the host sent us links to our portions of the video that we could submit for our assignment. Because I did not have transcripts activated during my portion, I did not see the text until I opened the email. The names of the other members were accurate, but my name seemed to be a random name. My user profile on my university account does have my name correctly listed, but this didn't match. Did this happen because I did not do cloud recording on my end, the video itself was fine? Did I need to sign in specifically through my org, even though the host sent me an email link through my university account? What can I do?
