I saw that my one friend using zoom and is not able to start her video. She doesn't have the option to start her video. Even the host does not has the option to start my friend's video.How can she resolve this issue?

Yesterday, I attended a meeting, I cannot hear anything. I can see the video but cannot hear anyone.
I always have to sign again and again. When I close zoom and open it I always have to sign in. Even though I haven't signed out but still I to have sign in again and again.  Can someone suggest me what to do?
