My Zoom seems fine. With three separate other users, they freeze after a short time, only unfreezing when they move their device. Can't find this anywhere on the net...
Recording layouts changed automatically
Hi team, I have a user that records podcast videos and we've been running into an issue... Almost all of the time, the recording is in the gallery view. However, twice it has changed over automatically to speaker view in the recording without my user knowing. Why might this be happening and is there away to prevent it from happening in the future? Furthermore, is there away to retrieve the gallery view when this happens? We produce a YouTube chat series, and it is important to keep our chats in gallery view.

Resolved! Attendance Reports for College Classes
Hello there, I'm currently helping my father prepare to teach over Zoom for the coming school term. He is pretty computer literate, but there is one thing he was asking that I'm trying to help him with. He wants to track attendance for his classes- one is a course divided into two sections. My dad mentioned wanting to keep it simple- perhaps using just one meeting ID for that particular course that his students could attend, regardless of the section they are registered in. It appears that you can sort meeting attendance information by date and meeting ID. If he used just one meeting ID for that course, would he be faced with a long list of attendees to sort through? (I believe his courses combined have over 120 students). Thanks so much for your help! -Kate

How to add another Zoom Pro license
Hi,
I currently have one Zoom Pro license for my small business and I'd like to add another one - and hopefully log into Zoom once and get steered to the second license when the first one is being used - is that possible?
Paid webinars
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to register someone for a paid webinar with no fee? For example, it would be nice to be able to allow some people to attend complimentary but unless they pay, they cannot register themselves. Currently, I have been adding them as panelist and then changing the status to attendee when the webinar starts, but this is cumbersome. Also, I learned that while in practice mode, if I change the person to attendee, they are pushed to a waiting room but can still hear the conversation of those in practice mode.

Question about participants in basic plan
Hello! I am a tutor and just created a zoom account with the basic plan. I will have 5 students over the course of 5 hours, but only one student at a time. Will I have to upgrade my account or will this be fine with the basic account? I know there is a 40 minute time limit when there are multiple participants, but again there will be only 1 participant at a time but 5 participants over the course of an hour. There will also be no overlap, once the previous student leaves I then admit the next student from the waiting room Please help

recording problems
We have recently started to have problems allowing some guests to record a meeting. These are individuals who have been able to record at previous meetings. As the host, I give them permission to record, but on their end they get a notice to ask the administrator to give them permission. I am still able to record the meeting. any suggestions???

Our Zoom meeting was just hacked. What is the proper response and what do we do to not have it happen again?
Issues Opening Zoom on M1 Mac
I have been trying to install zoom on my M1 Mac, but when I try to open it, the application quits unexpecdtly and then when I try to reopen it, I get an error saying that there is no application that can open "zoom.us", is anyone else having issues like this?
