After I agreed to an update on Thursday, my zoom can not connect to the internet.

It says, i should check my internet connection.

But this can not true, because I am permanently on the Internet and even write this mail with the same computer.

I ask for quick help.

MESSAGE ON MY SYSTEM:   CptHost.exe is using EXCHCSP.DLL from an unknown publisher.  Are you sure you want to run this software?   <<< I believe this is my problem but do not understand what it means.  This only started after I signed up

App authorized just for presenting account user, not for invitee account users

Our company has a Business Zoom account.  I added a meeting 'engagement' app to post polls, ice-breaker questions for the training calls I conduct.  In testing the app, a fellow user under our business license properly logged into the meeting and when I launched the app received a message stating they were considered an anonymous user and needed to log-in properly, which they were properly logged in.  Does this mean that all apps to work for invitees/audience has to be added to each of their accounts?  I'm using the Polly app.  Would appreciate some guidance.  Thanks!

I've just finished running a live webinar where I commit to supply the recording.

Three of the four sessions recorded successfully - but the fourth one isn't appearing in the saved recordings in Zoom.

 

We all noted that there was a technical glitch during the webinar, were the recording stopped and then restarted and continued normally and at the end of the session, I stopped the recording as I normally would.

BUT ... this session is not appearing with the other session recordings - so something has gone wrong.

 

Do you know if there is any way for Zoom to help find this recording for me?

Missing Cloud Recording

I tried to download a cloud recording meeting to my iPhone. Which I now know does not work. When I look at my recordings, that meeting no longer exists. Is it on my iPhone? (If so, where would I look) if not, can I get it back in my recordings list? ... Show more

I tried to download a cloud recording meeting to my iPhone.   Which I now know does not work.  When I look at my recordings, that meeting no longer exists.   Is it on my iPhone? (If so, where would I look) if not, can I get it back in my recordings list?

 

I was there because I marked it for download while on my Iphone.

I have Mac OS 10.15 and processor 2.7 GHz dual-core intel i5. Isn't that in the list of accepted processors. I cannot access blur.
