I wanna stop my kids to use other applications, while using zoom. especially they watch YouTube shorts and in background zoom audio stay active thus I can't figureout if they are in class room or watching something else.

 

Please provide a solution to restrict them not to away from class room during their session.

Can we hold hold two meetings simultaneously under the same account?

We have subscribed to a Zoom PRO Plan. We are a training organization that holds two simultaneous online training sessions every day, but we have a single booking system for our courses (Acuity Scheduling) that can only link to a single Zoom account.... Show more

We have subscribed to a Zoom PRO Plan.  We are a training organization that holds two simultaneous online training sessions every day, but we have a single booking system for our courses (Acuity Scheduling) that can only link to a single Zoom account.   

 

We would like to know whether it is possible to  hold two different zoom meetings simultaneously under the same account.  If not, which plan do we need to upgrade to be able to do so? 

 

If you know the answer please advise.

I have a PRO account. I would like my clients to meet also without me being there and not paying another plan. Is it possible to do that with channels? If I create a channel and add them as members, could they start videocalls in there with a duration of more than 40 minutes?

Hello!

 

My Zoom client app on my macbook was working perfectly fine but will now never connect. When I launch a meeting, it just says connecting over and over and will eventually time out and say check your network connection, however I have and my internet and connection is perfectly fine and everything else works/loads. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app, and that didn't work. I have restarted my macbook multiple times and I still can never connect to the meeting or even sign in to the app anymore. I am still able to join through the web browser, but it's just annoying.

 

Any help would be appreciated!

Missing Recording

I recently upgraded back to a paid account and have a meeting that I recorded. When the meeting ended the recording is no where to be found, not in my cloud or local recordings. Help!

Recording Is not Compatible for You Tube Upload Anymore

The Zoom Recordings used to be compatible to upload to You Tube but are not saving as a compatible file this time. Is there a way to change this on Zoom?

No puedo ingresar a mi cuenta, me sale el mensaje "Parece que no podemos conectarnos. Compruebe su conexión de red e inténtelo de nuevo". He reiniciado el moden y usado cable red. Sin embargo, sigo teniendo el problema.
