Missing Recording

I recently upgraded back to a paid account and have a meeting that I recorded. When the meeting ended the recording is no where to be found, not in my cloud or local recordings. Help!

Hey @BossMamaJama, you can also go to zoom.us/recording to see all cloud recording if available. Cloud recordings may require extra processing time that may take up to 24-72 hours.

What do we do if the recording does not appear within 72 hours? I have one from six days ago that has yet to show up.
