I am managing a Canvas page for a university and linked a Zoom tab. When setting up the Zoom meetings, I checked the auto-record to cloud option. Now, when I go to the Cloud Recordings section, I see 7 different recordings: -5 identical recordings with different file sizes -1 audio-only recording -1 chat file Is there any way to reduce the number of identical recordings? I don't know what is causing this.

hi, i am trying to stream on a Facebook group but not from my personal account, as a page (which is a member of this group also).
Is it possible to see a chronometer when somebody talk, like a PIP for any screen in a meeting room? We have zoom meeting with many people (zoom pro licence) and when a member talk, we wish to see a chronometer for a two minutes talking. So when time is finish, the talker knows he has to finish.

Hi, looking for advice....i have a group and wish to give them exercises to complete in breakout rooms...ideally this would be a slide with instructions.....seperate instructions per breakout room....alternatively, i could send instructions via broadcast...but the time that the broadcast is visable is too short....can i share presentations with breakout rooms or extend broadcast duration somehow......or is there any other alternative... thanks

I did some meetings in 2021 and i can't actually find those events to see all participants. Does someone know how to recover all those meetings ?
I can't figure out how to share a screen that's in our cloud on one monitor and view participants on the desktop on another monitor.

Hi Everyone, I'm new to Zoom as a host. My question for you all is...Is there a way that a Guest Participant is placed directly into the Waiting Room based on their email? I want them to present later but not see confidential information beforehand. Thank you in advance!
