why I can't hear the shard audio

my coworker was sharing his screen and his pc audio .. all the participants could hear the shared audio except for me .. 

it tells me that the there's an exception and I see a yellow shield icon with an exclamation point (!) .

Would you please lift the restriction on my zoom security for I cannot put a TITLE to any of my meetings anymore for a while now? It's completely turned off and said to contact admin. I want this security issue RESOLVE  as soon as possible because it's frustrating not being able to put Title into my meeting, thank you

For the very first time no matter what I do to set the new meeting, it's telling me I have to refresh. I need to set up a meeting for Monday and I need some help. This has not happen before and everything I've entered seems to be correct I keep getting the very same message that I have an error. Please, I need some help as this is critically important

How do I HIDE active speaker panel?

I'm recording a Zoom call via HDMI to a separate recorder. I do not want the active speaker panel to be up. If I drag it off to the side, sometimes it disappears; sometimes it doesn't. Can I choose a setting that gets rid of the active speaker panel?... Show more

I'm recording a Zoom call via HDMI to a separate recorder. I do not want the active speaker panel to be up. If I drag it off to the side, sometimes it disappears; sometimes it doesn't. Can I choose a setting that gets rid of the active speaker panel?

Video stop's part way on a zoom meeting recording to cloud

 

HI!  I recorded a meeting to cloud where the video just stopped working part way through the meeting and showing the name of the person. I was using an external camera (Fuji XT 100) as my webcam. So, any idea why is this happening?

Zoom crashes all the time

Hi all.

I can't use zoom at all. I get "Zoom quit unexpectedly" all the time. I can't access settings to change anything. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Zoom version 5.8.3 (1581) and Windows 10 with the latest updates.

Migrating/Reassigning Cloud Recordings

We have licensed corporate  users who are recorded for compliance purposes and the Zoom meeting cloud recordings are also retained. Can Recordings from one licensed user be migrated to another users Zoom profile?
