On my computer, I've suddenly run into an issue where every time I have a Zoom meeting, there is a delay in the data being sent.  When someone speaks to me, it takes at least one, maybe two, seconds for me to receive the signal.  When I speak, it takes one or two seconds for them to hear what I've said.  

 

As a teacher, this is frustrating, because when I need to correct a student's mistake, they won't know they've made a mistake until 2 seconds after I send them a message.  I didn't used to have this problem; it used to be that when I spoke to them, they got my message almost the moment I said it. 

 

There's nothing wrong with my high-speed internet, especially since everything works just fine when using Skype.  So I'm assuming that it could be that my computer is trying to do too much work, like sending high-quality video or sound.  Any suggestions for what I need to do so that my student gets my video / sound almost as quickly as I send it?

Dear all,

I am sharing the invitations without "waiting room" and with "Allow participants to join anytime". Basically everyone should be attended without my accounts presence yet a customer of ours has trouble joining the meetings without our existence. I have to enter the meeting and make him/her host and leave the meeting to keep him/her.

How can I solve this problem?

How to create co-hosts to set multiple meetings at the same time by using a single zoom account?

Most of the time, the message comes up after I press the "check for updates" button.

 

As the system is going to be relying on users having a client less than six months old from November, can this facility be looked at and made more robust (Windows and Mac Clients) please

Hello. I'm a newb, both with the finer points of Zooooooooming, and on this forum. Thanks for your patience!

I have scheduled a meeting under my current "Pro" plan, which does not give access to meeting data reports. I need to create a sign-in, sign-out report. I'll have to upgrade to the Business plan. Fine. Except my atttendees already have the link for the meeting. Will my upgrade affect the current link/participants' ability to sign on?  For so many reasons, re-sending a (new) link is not an option.

I am trying to capture video from a second PC to display as content on a host pc running the meeting. Issue is - the second PC is a locked down workstation without ability to install software or change display settings. 

 

In the list of "approved" video capture devices, all of them are single pass-through devices that do not allow loop monitor connections (and are HDMI/DVI only, no DP). This feature is standard on pretty much any other product like Elgato, Hauppauge, etc. Is it really true that all other capture cards outside the zoom provided list will only show up as a camera feed and not as a second screen share option?

How to retrieve a recording from local setting if the version is not updated?
