Hello, I would like to know it it is possible to organize 2 webinars at same day/hour having just 1 webinar licence.

If so, after setting panelists for both of them,  can I start a webinar naming a panelist as co-host, and also start second webinar naming an other panelist as co-host, so they can start webinar by themselves?

Or, can panelists start a webinar by themselves, even without organizator?

member can't access a recording

A few of my members are abroad. They all have the "shareable link" from my class recordings. One member cannot open it ,asks for a password. The "old" way to send the link had a password in black lettering. This new option just has the shareable link... Show more

A few of my members are abroad.  They all have the "shareable link" from my class recordings.  One member cannot open it ,asks for a password.  The "old" way to send the link had a password in black lettering.  This new option just has the shareable link.  She cannot open any of them, but the other 2 members can.  I don't know what to tell her!!  And I went to the email I sent her and I could open the link.

Please help so I can help her, she is away for 3 months and needs to exercise with me!

Zoom Cloud Meeting 5.7.8(1247)

 

Problem Determination
(1)Using laptop with Animaze, Zoom and built-in camera
Moreover, enabling HD and adjusting light.
It doesn’t work well. (Occurring the same issue)

(2)Using laptop with Animaze, Skype and built-in camera
It goes well.

(3)Using laptop with Animaze, Zoom and Logicool C922 pro
Moreover, enabling HD and adjusting light.
It doesn’t work well. (Occurring the same issue)

(4)Using desktop PC with Animaze, Zoom and Logicool C922 pro
It goes well.

 

Device (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Panasonic CF-LX3(This is the occurring trouble PC)

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro (Build19043.1237)

  • Camera: Built-in camera.

  • Software: Animaze(1.25.8998)

  • Device: EPSON AT994E

  • OS: Windows 10 Pro (Build19043.1237)

  • Camera: Logi C922 pro

Question
Please answer me which applies to this issue’s cause.
I think the issue’s cause is origin from my laptop’s system.
It’s because my laptop has upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.

(1)Zoom can’t detect it well because the built-in camera’s system is old.
(2)The laptop’s system is old.

 

Others
I’ll consider to problem determination with using other laptop.

I cannot find a way to check on updates to my zoom client within zoom. There is no CHECK UPDATES that I can find. Can you assist me?

Storage for Pro Account Exceeded

How can I download recorded video? I have a 1GB Pro Plan. I cannot afford $40/month just to download my last recording that is 2.72GB. Is it possible that I have a one chance opportunity to download now without needing to upgrade? Thank you.

Where do I enable "Stop incoming video" in my web settings? I know on the client side it requires 5.8.0, but I am just trying to look ahead to see the admin setting on the back end. 

 

The release notes for Web say the settings are in Account, Group, and User-level web settings - but I do not see the setting anywhere.

 

I am the account Owner and Admin on a Business account.

Plug in outlook

Sometimes, when i schedule a meeting, it doesn't appear in my meetings in Outlook.

but i have the alert to connect on it.
