An employee wants to conduct a Webinar via Zoom, but our account is not Pro level, which is required for webinars. Is there a way to create privacy in a regular Zoom meeting where the host can delete attendee names? I'm in a bit of a crush to figure this out. Thanks.

Hi, I am currently need to setup zoom for my daughter. But I keep have problems connecting to zoom on macbook pro. Here is what I have tried. 1. Wifi connection is good, google, youtube or streaming video are good. 2. Mac OS is up to date. Currently on 10.15.7 Catalina. 3. Permission has been given to zoom on mic, camera etc. 4.No fire wall enabled. 5. No antivirus software. 6. Have already reinstalled the software. Type in the name and password and click the sign in, after a few secs attempt, it come back with error message"You are unable to connect to Zoom, Please check your network connection and try again." And the funny thing is that if I click the "sign up", it will bring me to the webpage"https://.us04web.zoom.us/signup". with the "." before the actual address. And if I delete the dot, I can straight away visit the website. Does anyone know about this?

When I use Zoom meetings to attend a webinar, the first thing zoom takes a really long time to open, during that time it often shows a "NOT RESPONDING" message. After 2 to 3 minutes it opens up and I start to take the webinar, at that time my whole pc starts to lag and becomes unresponsive. Then I try to leave the meeting so that I can rejoin, but at that moment the leave meeting icon starts to hang. I have a windows 7 professional os, with 4GB ram and 280GB storage with intel Pentium 4 core ( the problem persisted with the i3 processor also ). I have kept my pc at its best performance, I have given it a 1GB GPU extra and I also have plenty of storage. Please suggest some solution, it will be really helpful.

The last couple weeks, other people's zoom screens have started freezing. Other people can see them moving but it freezes on my screen. I'm on a fast Comcast cable internet connection in the same room as the router. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. Am using a Logitech C920 webcam and it is an almost new HP desktop. Anything else to try?

My picture almost never displays when the Zoom meeting is initiated by another person. What can I do? It displays fine when I initiate the call on my account.
I am a court reporter and attend a lot of Zoom depositions. Usually the questioning attorney will share a document, and if the witness wants to read it, it saves so much time if he is given remote control over it so he can scroll up and down himself. I've noticed though that usually if they try that the witness has a lot of trouble controlling it. He'll complain that he's trying to scroll but it's not responding to his mouse, or only very sluggishly, and then he'll give up and waste a lot of time giving scrolling directions to the sharing attorney. Are we missing a step?
