On free plan , participants limit (100) meaning are total participant?

Can I make 100 (or more) scheduled meeting room has only 2 or 3 participants?

Outlook Zoom Plug In - Body Text
Folks, When I use the Zoom Outlook Plug-in it auto populates the body of the Calendar invite with my companies info and link, dial numbers, etc. All is good, but if I type a message on the body before clicking the plug-in it pushes my message to the bottom. I can assure it will not be read if not on the top! How can I change so the plug-in populates BELOW my message? Thanks in advanced for your help! LM

Hello, Could you please diagnose if my internet condition works for the Group HD (Full HD 1080p) video meeting without any problem (my participants will be a maximum of 100 people)? I attached two files below, which show you my internet conditions.
I want to use Group HD video (Full HD 1080p) for my meetings.
If my internet connection works well, I am going to upgrade to the Business plan.
I am very very apprehensive about it.

there are no cloud recordings and conference time is reduced to a minimum
Since 21.01.22 , there have been problems with cloud conference records and with the time in conferences . I have a license paid until 04.02.22, and when I plan a conference, he writes that I have a Basic tariff, although a professional tariff has been paid. The conference time is only 40 minutes and there are no cloud recordings. The conference record for 21.01.22 appeared three days later .There is no record of other conferences. There is no way to clean the trash, that is, delete previous entries. I wanted to pay early, there is no such possibility, it is worth that I have a license until 04.02.22. Will you fix this situation or look for another conference program?

Virtual Background not possible
A few users at our company are having the problem, that they can't use their own virtual backgrounds. If you try to chose one of your own backgrounds, you can choose it in the Windows Explorer and the windows closes like it should. But the Picture doesnt exist in the Zoom settings. The same picture is possible to assign at other Laptops. Also they have the problem, that they have to reassign every time they close Zoom.

Sound on HP Desktop Computer
No sound through my HP desktop computer. This is an all-in-one PC with built-in speakers. The speakers work with other programs. Must use headsets to communicate in Zoom meetings. Anyone else have this problem?
dual monitors with Macbook Pro, powerpoint and screensharing
I have a Macbook Pro, connected to external monitor. I am meeting with 10 participants. They are displayed on my external monitor and my powerpoint presentation is on my laptop screen (in presentation mode). When I go to 'share screen', the powerpoint presentation shows up ('presenter view' ) on my external monitor, and the powerpoint on my laptop screen....at this point, I cannot see the participants anymore. When I quit 'share screen', I can see the participants again. Is there a way to do the presentation so that I can view my participants while still doing the powerpoint? ('presenter view' -so I can see my notes on one screen and 'regular slide show on the other screen) while still seeing the participants faces? I hope that makes sense. Thanks for your collective wisdom and problem solving!
