Subtitles/closed captioning

Hi, We often record our zooms as we use this platform for training. We send out the recording to participants that were not able to attend. The issue is, for attendees in the live meeting they can use the subtitles, for attendees watching the recording the subtitles do not record. Is there a way of us adding the subtitles to the recording without having to use additional software to add the subtitles using the transcript? If not, what is the best software to use? the free software often adds its own branding to the video so it would most likely have to be paid software. Thank you in advance

If you are recording to the cloud and sharing that video, you can enable a setting for cloud recordings that will save the transcript and display it along with the recording.
