Hey!
I was in a meeting (I was set as the host), and recorded the whole thing, but after finishing the recording, it disappeared and I couldn't save it! Moreover, it seems that I was not logged in - is there any chance I could still get my hands on this recording?
Maybe the profile that set me as the host could have it, or not?

I am on an iMac. Today Zoom keeps crashing, then attempting to start the meeting again. I tried joining via the web, and my Zoom is updated. I have rebooted the computer (3 times). I created a new meeting, and it still crashes. Any ideas?
I was able to find a duration log per day, however if you want to see how long certain zoom meetings went it's impossible to find out after the fact. I use durations all the time when invoicing clients - phone duration, remote access duration, FaceTime duration, and hopefully zoom meeting duration, and being able to look back when the dust settles to see how long things went for really helps proper billing. Hopefully this is a feature that is added at some point soon.

Internal camera on my Surface Pro is broken. The external camera I purchased works well but not with Zoom, When I enter a Zoom meeting I can see the other party(ies) but they can't see me. Does anyone know how to fix ? I have several upcoming Telehealth meetings and need to connect.

Hi!
I'm just wondering if anyone has already tried using Ryzen 4300GE Radeon Vega 6 for image only virtual background without needing a green(solid) screen?
Thank you.
I have a paid Zoom account which has an existing meeting scheduled for March. I'd like to allow a member of our company to manage that meeting, mainly in order to update the polls and to see the list of registrations for that meeting.
I've added that individual as an admin on to the Zoom account. However, when they log-in to their account, they don't see the existing meeting that I've scheduled. As a result, they aren't able to see the registrations for that meeting or edit it in anyway.
My question: Is it possible for licensed users on a Zoom account to edit existing meetings? If so, how would that user access the meeting within their account?

I have Zoom Pro and have scheduled a Zoom meeting with a registration link. I want to add the interpretations function, but cannot purchase Zoom Business since it requires the purchase of 10 licenses minimum. Can I purchase a Zoom Webinar to enable the interpretation function for an already-scheduled Zoom meeting?

I teach music with Zoom, and the audio has worked perfectly up until now. Between one class and the next tonight, I updated to the latest version of Zoom, and the sound is terrible. I got lots of complaints, and since I use Zoom for several classes a week, I'm very worried. You can't seem to contact support, so I'm stuck. Can you go back to an earlier version of Zoom?
