My Pro Zoom Account

I have paid for a Pro Zoom account through to March 2022, but it does not seem to be activated. When I click on the Zoom icon to schedule a meeting over 40 minutes, I get a message concerning A  Basic account. How can this be fixed please?

Hi, PeterY.

 

Check in in the User administration if your user account has the new license assigned. You can check it here https://web.zoom.us/account/user#/ .  When you have more than one user in the same account, Zoom will not automatically assign the license, because it does not know to whom it should add.

If the license is assigned, then check in the Zoom app if you are using the right user account. Sometimes this things are solved with just a reboot of the computer.

If this doesn't help, then I would advise you to reach out to Zoom support.

HI THERE, THE END OF OUR COMPANY ZOOM IS IN Aug 25,2021, i ask it will be continue to use the card that we used for availing the pro account?
