I am having an issue on MacOS, where long recorded session videos are constantly freezing during regular or fullscreen playback. This occurs every 2 to 5 minutes on a very new computer, with the latest software, and plenty of bandwidth. This never occurs during live meetings. Is there anything I can do to improve the experience? I am *not* the admin for these recordings.
This videos are being viewed through the organization branded Web link on a Chrome Web browser.

Hi Harry,
Can you please try to clear the browser cache?
Try different browsers, Safari, Chrome and etc.
Ask anybody who has an access to the same recording if they are having the same issue? Maybe the meeting itself was recorded that way, which means the host and participants had bandwidth issues and other issues during the meeting (like high CPU, system busy) that impacted recording quality.
Good luck 🙂

I’ve experienced this problem in the last fortnight. Never had problems with zoom or recording before

All recordings for the organization have the same problem., but here is the good news, a different browser, Safari, didn't have the same playback problem. I don't know why Chrome is problematic.
