Video - Quality of recording

Hi there,

I notice that the quality of my video records is always bad (not sharp), while when I am in a zoommeeting that is recording, the video is very sharp and totally okay. 

How can I fix that?

For a long time now, we've used a string of parameters for the MSI installer to do a couple of things like auto-update, disable consumer rubbish etc

 

Due to Auto-Update being required, we also had to switch on "Silently start Zoom on Startup".  This was working great for ages, it would open in the system tray and not bug users.  It seems since we go this AI addition to Zoom, the "silent" part no longer works and is opening the Zoom window on startup for all users.

 

FIX THIS!!!!

Audio error

If you just connect the earphones, it will only make a sound on the app. 

I just can't hear anything else on YouTube or screaming.

I refuse to test the speaker

During meetings, I regularly get two pop-ups and I see no way to get it to stop. I am on a Mac running the latest OS and client updates.

The first pop-up happens periodically throughout meetings, even appearing on shared screens.

”Turn On Reactions: Zoom.us has turned off Reaction effects….”

Yet, o have reactions enabled, including gestures. All I can do is close the pop-up…which reappears shortly thereafter.

The second one nags me whenever I am sharing my screen. It also pops up on the share sometimes, other times on my non-shared screen.

”’zoom.us’ is Accessing your screen”

When I tap that one, it opens a Mac OS system settings screen where Zoom is already selected as being allowed. Again…can’t get rid of it more than a coupla minutes and everything appears to be enabled.

Any ideas how to get these to stop?!

Resolved! Zoom audio audio not working thru TV via HDMI connection

Cannot get Zoom audio from laptop to TV through wired HDMI connection. Zoom audio is audible in laptop speakers only. Other laptop audio (YouTube, etc.,) works fine through the TV.

Please can someone help me? I am trying to add virtual backgrounds to zoom yet it is saying that the admin has not allowed this... I am the admin and the owner of my zoom account. I need to be able to use specific backgrounds for my call tomorrow but I cannot add any new ones.  I can't find an email for Zoom or someone to talk to to help me.

Hey everyone,
Sometimes I got a black screen on my laptop during share screen but it only started two weeks ago, I also downloaded the new zoom version 5.9.3 back then and today I downloaded the newer version 5.9.6 3799.
While the screen is black I can close the share screen option after pressing the Windows button and then clicking fast on stop sharing but I still got some weird jittering images on the screen and then only restart of the computer helps.
I am using a new computer of ASUS - Windows 10 with Intel iris Xe Graphic card and Intel i7 CPU./
