I purchased a Zoom Pro license on 11 November 2024. During the purchase, I provided a password, which was accepted, so it was in the correct format. However, that password is not accepted whenever I try to access the web portal. Using the "Forgot Your Password?" facility sends an email to my email account with a button to click on, which says "Sign in with Google" and that works. BUT the original password I provided upon purchase is STILL not recognised by Zoom systems, which leaves me in a lurch should the need to change the password arises.
What do I do?
(I use Chrome browser, Win 11 64 bit).
