Virtual background doesn't work.
Does anyone know why I can't use a virtual or blurred background on a basic plan? I used to be able to but the options disappeared. I have an apple mac with all the requirements needed to set up a virtual background.

Why does my window minimize when I go to share my screen?
I like to have my content ready when I go to share my screen but when I go to share my screen via Zoom, it will minimize the window and display my desktop. I am on a Surface Pro 8 running Windows 11 Home. I also run 2 external monitors. Any suggestions?

IOS chat save
Anybody know how to save/capture chat dialogues from zoom meetings on iOS? I. Know that I can screenshot them but lose the ability to click links then. There is such gold in each, that then vanishes when the meeting ends. Computer nerds out there with solutions, I’d love to chat about it!

Co-host cannot launch poll
Hi I have a user who has set up a meeting with her manager's login, and created a poll. The manager then joins the meeting and makes her a co-host. Normally she can then launch the poll on his behalf, but now it won't allow her to do so. She is getting this error Any suggestions on what is causing this?

Zoom connectivity
During a zoom call my connection would freeze and then I was kicked off, only to have it come on again. Frustrating as I was the Moderator. Someone told me to turn off the video, but that didn't really work. I checked Updates. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Zoom Plugin for Outlook on RDS
Hi there I have to install the Zoom-Plugin for Outlook calendar on an Windows RDS-Server 2019. This worked fine. If the user now creates a new appiontment and select the "Scheudule a meeting" from Zoom-Plugin, he got a PopUp: "Please install the Zoom client for meeting on this computer" If I search on google, I only find posts regarding Citrix or VDI. Resolved! Recording location
In a Zoom meeting I suddenly became a host, there were recordings running.
At the end of the meeting I stopped the recordings.. I was using my android phone, where is the recording saved?
disable opt out of registration form on zoom events
On zoom events people are able to opt-out of filling in registration details. How do I disable this? We want to know who is attending, our sponsors want to know what sort of companies we have attending, and we want to give people the option to provide their contact details to sponsors in the registration form. But if they have the optino of not filling in the form, people generally take it.

Al compartir mi pantalla, se comparte toda de manera automatica, antes de permitirme seleccionar el archivo que quiero compartir. antes no pasaba asi, me dejaba seleccionar el archivo o herramienta que yo queria compartir y no se comartia hasta que yo tecleaba la palabra compartir. espero y alguien me pueda ayudar. muchas gracias
