Zoom Plugin for Outlook on RDS

Hi there

 

I have to install the Zoom-Plugin for Outlook calendar on an Windows RDS-Server 2019. This worked fine.

If the user now creates a new appiontment and select the "Scheudule a meeting" from Zoom-Plugin, he got a PopUp:

"Please install the Zoom client for meeting on this computer"

If I search on google, I only find posts regarding Citrix or VDI. What does I have to do?

@Freddy1 The Outlook Plugin requires that the Zoom desktop client be installed to connect to that users account.
For prerequisites, please see: Outlook Plugin 

 

I strongly suggest you utilize our Outlook add-in for your users as it is a web based add-in and doesn't require the desktop application be installed.
