When I open zoom and then test Speaker and Microphone, but the microphone did not work i.e. cannot record and playback. I am sure I choose the correct Mic and it works in other application such as voice recorder. I tried the following but the Mic does not work 

a) update the audio driver

b) delete the audio driver and re-install

c) reboot the notebook

d) uninstall zoom and re-install 

What else can do to fix the problem?

I’m using zoom on an Apple Macintosh, and I’ve used various audio interfaces with difficulty. The audio device shows up in the audio settings window of zoom, but when I click on it to test it, the meter doesn’t move and I can’t hear the playback of the test.  I switch to an alternate, same story. Only the internal microphone works with no problem.

This happens with a USB audio interface, and with the line input of the Macintosh itself. I go into the mac’s audio midi setup utility, and fiddle around with different sample rate and bit rates, changing the system input to the one I want, and eventually something works but it’s not consistent. Why doesn’t it just work?

The other problem I have with audio is that after I’ve done the audio test and it works, and I join with computer audio, I’m still muted even though I am the host. Am I missing a preference or a menu setting?

i'm from Iran and i can't login to a meeting due to my location. That means Iranian can't use Zoom application. This isn't UN application, so you have the right to give access to people that you want. But this is totaly racism that we can't use this apps for the international meeting becuase we're Iranian.

I am an EA supporting one of our executives, and I am leaving our company.  I created all of his meetings through his outlook calendar however, they are my zoom links. Is there an easy way to convert all meeting to his control since my meeting links will be disabled once I am offboarded from the company??? Or does he have to recreate them through his zoom all over again.  - Thanks!
