Virtual background doesn't work.

Does anyone know why I can't use a virtual or blurred background on a basic plan? I used to be able to but the options disappeared. I have an apple mac with all the requirements needed to set up a virtual background.

Annotation and drawing tools not appearing for other user

When I share my whiteboard the annotation and drawing tools are not appearing for the other user. I have checked that annotation is enabled in my meeting settings and I have checked during the screen share that annotation is enabled. Any suggestions ...
