Since a few weeks ago, sometimes during a meeting my display becomes black, I can't write, use the cursor or see anything but I still can keep talking with the other person and I believe he can still see me. The only solution is turn my computer off and on again and start a new meeting. At the beginning I thought the problem was in my computer but I normally use differents platforms as Zoom, Skype and others and I only have trouble with Zoom.

Hi @Adiez! Does this only happen when you're sharing your screen? Also, what device are you using for your meetings?

Hi Bri,

I'm having the same problem. I'm using a MacBook Pro 10.13.16 (OS High Sierra)...I guess the other person got tiered of waiting for an answer....
